Ever since I was a little girl I have loved helping people. I helped friends make up in the middle of recess, invited the ones who felt left out, and being a middle child, I have found this theme prevalent in my purpose.

Even as a child, I was able to feel what others felt (without truly understanding what a gift that is) and with a big heart, I want to change the world for the better.

Being a channel for crystalline light frequencies and universal life force I find this is where being “in the middle” brings me. Bridging these frequencies, sharing them with those ready to shine in their true crystalline essence. I guide souls through this expansive level of soul evolution. This often involves shadow work, lifestyle changes, and co-creating with your own intuition, all while knowing I am walking each step with you.

It brings me so much joy witnessing the leaps my clients have made to experience more abundance, love, and peace life has to offer us . . .

When I’m not in sessions or tending to Sapphire Rising you’ll find me merging with nature!

I love connecting with the land and the essence of water! I also spend lots of time with my feline soul sister going on walks and watching the stars together. I enjoy opportunities to be a joint steward with my husband in connecting with and honoring Gaia through his passion for farming and providing for our community.
