Sandra Wilcox is an Usui/Holy Fire Master Reiki Practitioner. She started her journey as a helper and healer as a Registered Nurse. She has also had a successful business as a Classical Pilates teacher and Natural Food Chef. Her passion has always been to help heal the whole human, not just one aspect of the self. Reiki provides support physically, mentally, and spiritually, ticking off the “big three” boxes for living our best lives. Sandra hopes to give you space to relax, enjoy healing, and learn how to heal yourself.
